The Arlington Handicapping Challenge returns in 2009 after its popular debut in 2008. The live money series will be free to enter once again and offer berths into the 2010 Horse Player World Series. Also, new for 2009, every Arlington Handicapping Challenge will be held in conjunction with a M. Scott McMannis handicapping seminar. Not only are the contests free, with the addition of M. Scott McMannis to the mix the tools are available to help you win! Also, for receive 10 points per dollar for every $1 wagered using your contest card.
