    Mr. D's Sports Bar's "Race to the Madness Tournament" starts now!  The first 65 people to sign up are entered into the Madness Mayhem Tournament with the chance to win over $400 in cash and prizes!  To enter, e-mail one thing you LOVE about Arlington Park or Mr. D.'s to the General Manager, Matt Decancq (mdecancq@levyrestaurants.com).  The lucky 65 will be sent an e-mail confirmation with instructions on how the Tournament is played.  Let the madness begin!!
