Join us at Arlington International for a chance to purchase a great medley of food from some fan favorite food trucks located in The Park. Craft beer will be available for guests and will be individually selected based on the food truck menus to create the perfect pairings.
- Food Trucks: The Calle Wagon, The Slide Ride, The Fat Shallot & Haute Sausage. On site 1pm-4pm
- Live Music: Live DJ on the Miller Lite Band Stage
- Food & Beverage Specials: Beer pairings with Food Truck menus listed below.
Calle Wagon Tacos with Blue Moon Belgian White. Blue Moon Belgian White is a perfect match for the spicy flavor of Mexican Food because it is brewed using valencia orange, coriander seeds, and oats. The valencia orange and coriander complement the traditional flavors of Mexican cuisine while the oats give the beer a creamy texture that helps cool down spicy flavors.
The Slide Ride Bacon Baby Burger with Batch 19. The roasted caramel malts used to brew Batch 19 impart a subtle sweetness to this amber lager which pairs beautifully with the brown sugar bacon and caramelized onions. Batch 19 has a snappy finish from the use of Strisselspalt and Hersbrueker hops which helps clean the palate so that each bite of food tastes as great as the first.
The Fat Shallot Grilled Cheese with Pilsner Urquell. The complex flavors of Pilsner Urquell, the original golden beer, match great with Grilled Cheese. Pale malts are transformed during Pilsner Urquell’s unique brewing process to taste caramelized and buttery, just like the toasted sourdough bread. Noble Czech Saaz Hops impart a spicy, and pleasantly bitter finish. Those hoppy flavors cut through luscious melted cheese and marry well with the mild bitterness of sautéed spinach.
Haute Dogs Corn Dawg with Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest. The Leinenkugel’s family has been brewing classic German style beers in Wisconsin since 1867. If you’ve ever visited Chippewa Falls in late September you’d know that this family knows how to do Oktoberfest right! Our Oktoberfest beer is made with toasted Munich malt and spicy Hallertau hops that pairs perfectly with almost any kind of Haute Dog! Prost!
Arlington offers live racing and entertainment all season long, through September 28.
