Arlington International launched FastBet Mobile in 2012. FastBet Mobile gives you the ability to bet using your smartphone or tablet from anywhere on the Arlington grounds.

Whether you are watching from along the rail, having a picnic in the Park area, scoping out the horses in the paddock, eating in one of our fine restaurants or hanging with friends in the outdoor seating areas, FastBet Mobile is available in the palm of your hand.

FastBet Mobile works on iPhones, Androids, BlackBerrys and iPads. Never wait in line again – wager what you want, when you want.

FastBet Mobile is also available in all Illinois Trackside locations.

WAGERING WITH FASTBET MOBILE



1. Visit the 2nd floor Membership Service Center for a list of approved devices and to request and account card. Create an account following FastBet enrollment instructions that they will provide you.

2. Add funds to your account at any self-service terminal. Look for the "Deposit" button after you sign on.

3. Once connected to the "Arlington FastBet" wi-fi network, use your Web browser to access https://api.fastbetmobile.com

4. Add your account login and password

5. Start placing your bets!


Helpful tips for successful mobile wagering:

  • When trying to make a bet, don’t walk around or move about. STOP to place your bet! If you are moving around, you can lose your wireless signal and run the risk of being locked out of a bet!
  • Be sure to check your wagering history by clicking on the History tab to ensure that your bets went through!

What is FastBet Mobile? FastBet Mobile is a free internet-based wagering system that allows guests to set up an account and wager on their smartphone or tablet from the comfort of their own seat.

How do I use FastBet Mobile? Create an account independently on your phone following FastBet enrollment instructions or see a FastBet information specialist near the entrance gates or visit the Membership Services Center located on the second floor at Arlington International or at the Membership Services Center at your nearest Illinois Trackside OTB location.

Do I need a special application for my phone or mobile device? No, FastBet is a web-based application and does not require a specific program to work. It is not necessary to download anything. You’ll just need the FastBet hyperlink for your web browser.

What wagers can be made using FastBet Mobile? FastBet offers the same wagering as if you were placing a bet with a teller. You can wager on any live races, as well as any simulcast races being offered at Arlington or any Illinois Trackside OTB location.

How do I get my money back if a horse scratches? Once the pool is official the system will credit your account. This can be checked by accessing the “Bet History” within your account.

Can I cancel my bet after it has been placed? Yes, bets can be cancelled using your mobile device or an SST before the race starts, within current Illinois Racing Board limits.

Can I use FastBet Mobile at home? No, FastBet Mobile can only be accessed via Arlington’s ‘Arlington FastBet’ Wi-Fi network at the track or a Trackside OTB locaiton.

How do I collect my winnings? Visit an SST to receive a voucher in the winning amount which you’ll then bring to a mutuel teller to cash out or simply head directly to a teller window.

Do I have to create an account each time I visit the track or does my account stay active? Once your account has been created, it will remain active. Money can be left in, withdrawn, or deposited at any time. There is no balance requirement in order to keep your account open.

Why was my bet dropped? You may have moved and changed signals, causing you to lose connection. Please stay still while wagering. 

Why am I unable to get signal on my Smartphone or iPad in certain locations? Arlington has Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the grandstand area. To avoid losing signal, stay still while wagering and wait until your bet has been confirmed before changing locations.  Each Trackside location has Wi_Fi hotspots throughout its facility.
 
Once Arlington’s season is over, where can I withdraw any money that is left in my account? Following our racing season, you can withdraw your balance at Arlington Trackside or any of our 10 OTB’s throughout Illinois. You may also continue to wager at our any Trackside facility with FastBet.

IRS win procedure? Go to a mutuel teller to supply IRS information. That information can be associated with your account so that you only need to provide that information one time only.

Do I have the ability to change my PIN number? Yes we strongly recommend that you change it upon creating your account for security purposes.  This can be done using a self service teller machine (SST)   

What do I do if I forget my account or pin number? The Member Services Center located on the 2nd floor and information booths at Arlington (or at any Trackside location) can assist you with any account- related questions.

Can I use my FastBet Mobile account on the self-service machines? Yes any Arlington wagering account can be used either on the traditional self-service machines or via a mobile device.

Can I use my twinspires.com account on  FastBet Mobile or the self-service machines?
No, not at this time. We hope to integrate these two account wagering platforms in the near future, but for now the accounts are not linked.

Can I transfer funds between my twinspires.com account and my FastBet Mobile account?  While there is no way to directly transfer your funds, you can deposit or withdraw funds into or from your twinspires.com account at the Member Services Center at Arlington, or any of our Trackside OTBs,  and then make a corresponding transaction from or into your FastBet Mobile account.
