Deep closer finished well to be second to Dark Cove in the Stars And Stripes in his latest and now owns a record of 11-1-4-1 on this turf course. Son of excellent turf sire Kitten’s Joy is also trained by Chris Block who wins with 18% of his runners in non-graded stakes and with 19% overall on grass. Five-year-old can be closing late from off the pace but may be a contender for minor honors at best.
