Pedigree Analysis

Silverfoot will try to go one better than his sire, With Approval, who finished second in the 1990 Arlington Million (G1). A Canadian Triple Crown winner and Horse of the Year in 1989, With Approval went on to establish himself as a high-class turf marathoner in the United States, capturing the Bowling Green H. (G2) and Tidal H. (G2). He closed his career with a terrific runner-up effort in the Breeders' Cup Turf (G1), where he was beaten a total of a half-length.
