Pedigree Analysis

Stream Cat comes from the family of top sire and sprinter Mt. Livermore (Blushing Groom [Fr]), but so far appears to have more in common with his own sire, Black Minnaloushe. Following back-to-back victories in the Irish Two Thousand Guineas (Ire-G1) and St James's Palace S. (Eng-G1) going a mile during his sophomore season, Black Minnaloushe was named Ireland's highweight three-year-old colt for the distances between seven and 9 1/2 furlongs.
