Q: What dates can I purchase tickets for?
A: September 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26.

Q: Can I tailgate in the parking lot?
A: No, tailgating is not permitted.

Q: When do tickets go on-sale?
A: September 1 at 12pm.  Online only.

Q: Can my child come?
A: No, guests must at least be 18 year of age.  No children or infants will be permitted.

Q: Can I buy tickets day of?
A: No, all ticket sales will be cut off 24 hours (2:05pm) before each race day.  Tickets must be pre-purchased online.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?
A: No, the Box Office is closed and all tickets need to be purchased online.

Q: How do I get and show my ticket once it is purchased?
A: All tickets will be available through your ticket account. No tickets will be emailed or printed, only mobile tickets located in your tickets.com account will be accepted.  Click here to access your account.

Q: How do I get a refund for a ticket purchased for the new 2020 spectator days?
A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Q: Where do I park and enter?
A: All guests must enter at Euclid Ave and proceed to Lot B which is adjacent to the Clubhouse entrance and West Marquee gate. There will be no preferred or valet parking.

Q: When am I required to wear my mask?
A: All guests must wear a mask at all times unless they are consuming food or beverage in their seat.

Q: What time does the first race start? How many races are there?
A: The first race starts at 2pm and there are typically 8 races per day.

Q: When do gates open?
A: In order to reduce a one-time rush, there will be a tiered entry system. Guests must be at the new far West entrance within the designated time frame. No entry permitted after 3:30pm. T-Time 1:00pm-1:30pm: Mr. D’s Canopy Section, Homestretch Canopy Section, and Winner’s Circle Canopy Section; T-Time 1:30pm-2:00pm: Terrace Café, Terrace Annex, Finish Line Canopy Section

Q: I’m coming with other people, do we all have to arrive at the same time?
A: Yes! Upon entry, you must be with your group/pod together.  There is no Will Call available.  We will scan the purchaser’s phone for the group’s tickets at one time.

Q: What ticket options are available? How much do tickets cost?
A: Tickets are sold in sets of four at a designated table. Pricing includes admission, parking and an Arlington racing program.  Dining reservations and box seats are not available in 2020.

Q: Can I see the horses in the Paddock or walk around the facility?
A: No, guests are permitted on the track-facing outdoor apron level only.

Q: Is the Terrace Cafe functioning as a full service restaurant in 2020?
A: No, there is no restaurant or service in the Terrace Cafe or Canopy Tables.  Food and beverage can be purchased at designated outdoor locations on the main level.

Q: Are there any indoor dining options available?
A: There is no indoor dining and no restaurants are open. The Terrace Cafe (nor any Canopy Tables) will not be functioning as a full service restaurant. Food and Beverage can be purchased at one of our Grab & Go Portables outside on the main level.  Million Room, Cowboy Grille, Cobey’s Food Court, Arlington Apparel, Mr. D’s Sports Bar are all closed.

Q: Where are the Canopy Tables and Terrace Cafe located?
A: The Canopy Tables and Terrace Cafe are both on the main outdoor level of the facility.

Q: What can I go inside for?
A: Access to the building is only to be used for first floor restrooms and wagering. There should be no congregating.

Q: I’m having trouble logging onto my ticketing account, what do I do?
A: If you are having trouble logging onto your account please try resetting your password. If you have never purchased tickets online, but have placed an order over the phone and your email is on file, the system may recognize you as having an account and you will need to reset your password in order to login.

Q: Will there be any special events?
A: There will be no special events or promotions in 2020.

Q: How do I make my wagers?
A: Wagering is self-service only. Live mutuel clerks will be limited and restricted to $50 minimum wagers and cashing of tickets.  Wagers should be made through the self-service, cash accepting machines.  Skip the line and stay in your saddle by wagering on FastBet Mobile or Twinspires.com on your mobile device.

Q: What can I bring with me?
A: Each guest can bring one personal item (ex. a purse).  No food and beverage is permitted.

Q: I originally purchased tickets for Derby Day at Arlington in March.  Are these tickets valid?
A: No, any pre-purchased Derby Day tickets prior to September 1, 2020 are not valid.  These tickets were fully refunded to the purchaser’s credit card in June.

Q: Where is handicap parking and drop off areas? Will there be wheelchair service?
A: There will be an appropriate number of parking spaces designated for guests with vehicles that display the handicapped credential.  Guests can also be dropped off near the West Marquee entrance for easy access to the facility. Due to COVID-19 protocols, there will be no wheelchair service from Arlington.
