The quickest and easiest way to start your Arlington Experience is to purchase a reserved spot in our Premium Parking Lot located at the Clubhouse Entrance.
Arlington International Racecourse also offers free parking on the Clubhouse side in Parking Lots A and B..

Carry-In Passes can be purchased online, over the phone or at the gate. This pass will be redeemed for an outside food and beverage tag at either Grandstand or Clubhouse gates after the cooler, bag, or wagon has been checked by an Arlington International Guest Services representative.

Arlington Programs can be purchased online, over the phone, at the Grandstand or Clubhouse entrances or at Arlington Apparel. Your Arlington Racing Program will prepare you to make smart wagers and learn about everything happening on the track.

Any guest wishing to gain entry into Arlington International must possess a General Admission ticket or a venue/seat ticket that includes General Admission.

Q: I can’t attend Derby Day at Arlington on September 5th, can I get a refund?
A: Yes, guests can request a refund by June 1st and all refunds will be applied within 10-15 business days. Click here to request a refund. For Group Bookings, please call 847-385-7550.
Q: I booked a Group Event for Derby Day on May 2nd, does it transfer over to September 5th.
A: Yes, the group venue and ticketing will all be valid for September 5th.
Q: Why are the Chicagoland Pet Expo, Binny’s Wine Expo, and Easter Egg Hunt & Breakfast with the Easter Bunny cancelled?
A: Illinois Governor Pritzker addressed the state at 5PM CT March 12th, and provided additional guidelines and regulations to the state’s response to COVID-19. Among the recommendations included the mandate to cancel or postpone any events that exceed 250 attendees until May 1st. Honoring the Governor’s recommendations, effective immediately, the Chicagoland Pet Expo (March 20-22), Binny’s Wine Expo (April 4), and the Easter Egg Hunt & Breakfast with the Easter Bunny (April 11) are cancelled.
Q: I purchased a ticket to Binny’s Wine Expo and/or the Easter Egg Hunt and/or Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, will I be getting a refund?
A: Yes, your refund will be automatically processed within 10-15 business days.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, Churchill Downs Incorporated announced this morning that the 146th Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve will be rescheduled from May 2, 2020 to September 5, 2020 and the 146th Longines Kentucky Oaks will be rescheduled from May 1, 2020 to September 4, 2020.
In regards to the opening of Arlington’s 2020 race meet, we continue to work with health officials and regulators as we set plans closer to our opening.

Guests who purchased pre-sale May 2nd Derby Day tickets will be valid September 5th. As of today, all tickets for the current racing and event schedule are set to go on-sale on April 15th.
Based on Illinois State officials’ guidelines, as of March 16th all of Arlington’s Trackside Off-Track Wagering facilities are closed until March 31st with the anticipation to re-open April 1st. Following Governor Pritzker’s order that all restaurants and bars in IL be closed, all of Arlington’s Trackside Off-Track Wagering facilities will be closed at the end of business tonight through March 31. We hope to re-open April 1 depending on guidance from state officials.
