HRTV Reaches Agreement with Comcast-Chicago for Carriage

HorseRacing TV (TM) (HRTV) has reached an agreement with Comcast Cable in the Greater Chicago Region for carriage of the 24-hour horseracing network, beginning on Wednesday, April 30.

The agreement will allow for horseracing fans in the Chicago area to get all the action of the upcoming Arlington Park racing season, which commences on Friday, May 2. The premier Thoroughbred racing facility in Illinois, the Arlington Park meeting continues through Sunday, September 21. The prestigious Grade 1, $1 million Arlington Million is the signature race of the 96-day meeting, and will be contested on Saturday, August 9.

HRTV will be available on Comcast's Digital Sports Tier on Channel 407, joining other prominent sports networks, including the NFL Network, NHL Network, Tennis Channel, CSTV, and various Fox Sports Regional Networks.
