Racing & Wagering to Carry Signal for the 2009 Arlington Park Meet

Churchill Downs Communications | 05/01/2009 #, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBET) announced today that it will be carrying the signal from Arlington Park in Arlington Heights, Illinois beginning Friday, May 1.  

"We are very pleased to offer the full Arlington Park content to our customers for the first time since 2006," said Chief Executive Officer Michael Brodsky.  "We are continuing to add premium content to Youbet Express in order to provide customers with the maximum amount of product choice on the best wagering platform available today.  In addition, the agreement furthers the continued cooperation between and Churchill Downs that was renewed last month, and is another positive step in making industry content ubiquitous to customers."

Located in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Arlington Park completes the thoroughbred racing circuit in Illinois, running from May 1 - September 27. In 1981, Arlington became the first thoroughbred track to hold a race with a purse of $1 million. Held annually, the Arlington Million continues to be the track's signature race, attracting some of the finest turf horses from around the world. This year's renewal of the Arlington Million takes place on Saturday, August 8.

Arlington Park is now added to the roster of more than 150 racetracks in the United States, as well as numerous international racetracks, providing for nearly 20 hours a day of racing coverage. All Youbet Express customers receive access to WagerVantageTM, an advanced suite of horse race wagering tools - including WagerPadProTM, WagerQueuePro and "conditional wagering" - to ensure that they will be able to place their bets under optimal criteria.
