2021 Carry-in Policy
Review a list of allowable items that can be brought into Arlington International and also a list of prohibited items that will not be allowed through the gates.

Dress Code Policy
Dress codes are part of the experience and will be strictly enforced for the select group event indoor venues.

Smoking & Vape Policy
In compliance with the Smoke-Free Illinois Act 95-0017, effective January 1, 2008, smoking is prohibited indoors, including tented areas, balconies and all seating areas underneath the cantilever roof. Smoking is permitted outdoors, 15 feet from entrances in areas not referenced above. State law prohibits cannabis consumption in all public places. Any patron found to be using a cannabis product on Arlington property will be asked to leave by Arlington personnel.

Umbrella Policy
For your safety and the safety of the horses on the track, in the event of high winds we may ask that the umbrella at your table or retractable box seat canopy remain closed for the duration of the racing day.

Box Office and Will Call Policy
In order to limit person-to-person contact there will be NO onsite ticketing services either through the Box Office or through Will Call. Based on availability day of tickets can be purchase on your mobile device.

Handicap Parking and Wheelchair Service
Handicap parking spaces will be designated for guests with vehicles that display proper credentials. Guests can also be dropped off near the Clubhouse Entrance for easy access to the facility. Due to COVID-19 protocols, Arlington will not provide wheelchair service or rentals.
