Allowable & Prohibited Items
Review a list of allowable items that can be brought into Arlington International and also a list of prohibited items that will not be allowed through the gates.
Arlington is still the greatest entertainment bargain in Chicagoland, and one of the only venues that that permits carry-ins containing food and beverage. Each cooler or bag with outside food and beverage carried in will be charged a minimal fee.
Dress Code Policy
Dress codes are part of the experience and will be strictly enforced for the select group event indoor venues.
Smoking & Vape Policy
In compliance with the Smoke-Free Illinois Act 95-0017, effective January 1, 2008, smoking is prohibited indoors, including tented areas, balconies and all seating areas underneath the cantilever roof. Smoking is permitted outdoors, 15 feet from entrances in areas not referenced above.
Table Umbrella Policy
For your safety and the safety of the horses on the track, in the event of high winds we may ask that the umbrella at your table remain closed for the duration of the racing day.
Will Call Policy
Will Call must be per-arranged. Day-of drop offs will not be accepted. Will Call accommodations can be made by choosing Will Call as the delivery method when purchasing tickets online or over the phone. If these accommodations are not made, tickets can be redeemed day-of by providing your ticket confirmation number or the last name used in purchase at either of our Will Call booths.
Arlington is happy to provide wheelchair service to and from the entrance gates to the guest’s seat. However, Arlington does not provide wheelchairs for guests to use during their day at the races.
